The Summit Lexington will open in 2016.Lexington, Ky. — Bayer Properties has signed Whole Foods Market to occupy 40,000 square feet at The Summit, a mixed-use project currently in development that will consist of 450,000 square feet of retail and restaurants in addition to 306 multi-family residential units. The Summit Lexington will open spring 2016 with 340,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 306 residential units, with its Phase II to include an additional 110,000 square feet of retail. The Summit Lexington development is located at the corner of Nicholasville Road and Man o’ War Boulevard.
