Birmingham, Ala. – Charles McNamee has joined Bayer Properties as senior vice president of development and construction. McNamee has more than 35 years of experience in the development and construction of commercial projects, most recently with Colonial Properties Trust, where he was senior vice president of commercial development and construction. In his previous role, McNamee was responsible for overseeing the implementation of retail, office and mixed-use development projects from their inception to completion. Prior to Colonial Properties Trust, McNamee was the senior vice president of industrial with HOAR Construction in Birmingham.
