Big V Capital Acquires Two-Property Retail Portfolio for $4 Million

Norton, Va. And Siler City, N.C. — Big V Capital LLC has acquired a two-property retail portfolio located in Virginia and North Carolina for $4 million.

The acquisition includes VA-KY Regional Center, a 229,527-square-foot shopping center located in Norton, Virginia; and Siler Crossing, a 132,639-square-foot shopping center located in Siler City, North Carolina.

VA-KY Regional Center was 79 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Magic Mart, Ingles, Cato, Little Caesar’s Pizza and VA Outpatient Clinic. Siler Crossing was 58 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Tractor Supply, Kimbrell’s Furniture, Allstate, Triangle Fitness, Compadre’s Mexican Grill, Elizabeth’s Pizza, Rick’s Jewelers and T Nails. Big V Properties LLC will manage both properties. The seller was undisclosed.
