ADDISON, Texas — Coyote Management has added three new divisions —third party management, Coyote Creative and MER Interests. The company said in a press release that these departments are a response to the changing objectives of the shopping center industry and related financial markets. Each new division will be structured to serve mall owners and developers. Third party management will focus on leasing, marketing, construction and development services. Coyote Creative is a marketing solutions company, and MER Interests specializes in consulting.
