DK Mallon has brokered the sale of Cherry Tree Shopping Center in Washington, Illinois. Richard Baer of American Commercial Realty Corp. purchased the 112,000-square-foot shopping center for an undisclosed sales price. The centered is anchored by a 55,000-square-foot Kroger supermarket with a free-standing gas station and a Big R (owed separately and not a part of the sale). Draper and Kramer Inc. previously owned the shopping center.
