The Crossings at Paso Robles in California’s central coast is a 130,161-square-foot center anchored by Target. The Crossings was previously owned by Ellis Partners.

Mandalay Village Marketplace in Port Hueneme is a 193,964-square-foot center that is anchored by Ralphs and CVS Pharmacy and also includes Petco and Do It Best Hardware. Its seaside location is close to Port Hueneme and Point Mugu naval bases in Ventura County. Donahue Schriber says it plans to upgrade through repairs, paint and a new gathering area. The center was previously owned by Weston Communities.

Donahue Schriber is a private REIT that owns and/or operates a portfolio of 82 shopping centers.
