Grandbridge Arranges $9 Million Loan for Shopping Center in Asheville

Asheville, N.C. – Publix and Chipotle will complement the existing tenants, Hardee’s and Chick-fil-A.

Asheville, N.C. – Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has brokered a $9 million first mortgage loan for Pinnacle Pointe Shopping Center in Asheville. The loan was secured by a 15-acre site that is home to a to-be-built Publix grocery store and freestanding Chipotle Mexican Grill. Publix and Chipotle will complement the existing tenants, Hardee’s and Chick-fil-A. Charlotte-based vice president Chris Calson arranged the nine-month forward-facing commitment. Funding for the fixed-rate loan was provided through one of Grandbridge’s lenders. CJ Webb of the Grandbridge Charlotte office assisted in the transaction.
