Bristol, Tenn. – The 235-acre Pinnacle will be anchored by a Bass Pro Shops.
Bristol, Tenn. – KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $32.9 million construction loan for The Pinnacle, a 386,853-square-foot power center located in Bristol, on the border with Virginia. The 235-acre development will be anchored by a Bass Pro Shops. The Pinnacle’s other tenants will include Belk, Marshalls, Michaels, Marquee Cinema, Ulta and Pier 1 Imports, among others. Once completed, the development will include more than 1.3 million square feet of retail, restaurant, hotel and medical office space, along with an outdoor amphitheater.
