Etters, Pa. — KLNB has arranged the $17 million sale of Newberry Commons, a 246,000-square-foot shopping center located roughly 17 miles outside Harrisburg in Etters.
Rite Aid Pharmacy’s operational headquarters occupies approximately 130,000 square feet of the center, which is also home to tenants including Darrenkamp’s Market, Sprint, H&R Block and Subway. Andy Stape and Vito Lupo of KLNB Retail represented the seller, Newberry Commons LLC, and procured the buyer, Vastgood Properties, in the transaction.
