Marcus & Millichap Arranges $22.2 Million Sale of Whole Foods Market in Milwaukee

Milwaukee — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $22.2 million sale of a 53,875-square-foot Whole Foods Market located in Milwaukee.

Adam Connor of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Milwaukee-based developer Irgens, in the transaction. The buyer is a Seattle-based private investor.
