Payless Taps RCS to Market 425 Leases in Conjunction with Chapter 11 Filing

Topeka, Kan. — Topeka-based Payless ShoeSource has tapped RCS Real Estate Advisors to market 425 store leases in conjunction with the company’s Chapter 11 filing.

The stores range in size from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, and are situated in both mall and street environments. Bids are being accepted through May 15. RCS’ retention is subject to approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
