Greensburg, Pa. — The Kase Group has arranged the $4.3 million sale of two outparcels occupied by Applebee’s and Longhorn Steakhouse at Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg.
The properties were acquired by a California-based family investor, and are on short-term leases. The seller in the transaction was a Tennessee-based REIT. Jeff Gates of The Kase Group brokered the transaction.
