New York City — Wahlburgers has leased an 8,300-square-foot retail property at 725 Eighth Ave. in Manhattan to open a new store.
The five-level building is owned by Thor Equities. Executive Chef Paul Wahlberg and brothers Donnie and Mark Wahlberg founded Wahlburgers. 725 Eighth Ave. features 26 feet of frontage and ceiling heights up to 17 feet.
