Hanley Investment Group Arranges $6.4 Million Sale of Walgreens-Occupied Property in Southern California

Tehachapi, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $6.4 million sale a single-tenant retail property occupied by Walgreens in the Southern California community of Tehachapi. Built in 2003, the 14,560-square-foot building features a drive-thru and is located at 1091 W. Tehachapi Blvd. Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko of Hanley represented the seller, a private investor based in Los Angeles, in the 1031 exchange transaction. Chris Spirito of Stafford Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, another Los Angeles-based private investor.
