Charlotte, N.C. – JLL Capital Markets has brokered the $7.9 million sale of Ashley Road Plaza, a 52,104-square-foot shopping center anchored by Food Lion in Charlotte. Thomas Kolarczyk, Bill Moylan and Ryan Eklund of JLL represented the seller, Rosen Charlotte LLC, in the disposition of the property to Piedmont Capital. Cory Fowler and John Gavigan, also of JLL, secured a seven-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan with Encore Bank on behalf of the buyer. The property was 95 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Yard Cooked Dishes, CBD & Vape Inc., NC Nails, Master Kutz Barber, Golden Wok Express, Alexis African Hair and Liberty Tax. The center is located at 1610 Ashley Road in the city’s West Charlotte neighborhood.
