Lake Worth, Fla. — Mission Lakes LLC has sold Shoppes at Mission Lakes, a 41,429-square-foot retail center shadow-anchored by Super Target in the South Florida community of Lake Worth. The property was acquired by an undisclosed buyer for $14.8 million. The center consists of three multi-tenant buildings, which were fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Heartland Dental, Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Pet Supermarket, Advance Auto Parts, Mattress Firm and Hard Exercise Works. Eric Williams, Danny Finkle and Kim Flores of JLL negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
