Monroe, N.Y. — RD Management has signed a lease with Burlington to open at Harriman Commons, a 706,230-square-foot retail center in the Orange County community of Monroe. A timeline for the opening and further details on the space were not disclosed. Plans for Harriman Commons include the development of a gas station and 7,970-square-foot retail pad adjacent to BJ’s Wholesale; two drive-thru parcel buildings; and a 1,923-square-foot food hall with 3,300 square feet of outdoor seating.
