Atlanta — Charlotte-based FCA Partners has announced three new tenants joining The Exchange, a 44,500-square-foot retail center in Atlanta’s Buckhead district.
Atlanta — FCA Partners will redevelop Buckhead Exchange, one of Atlanta’s longest-standing retail centers in the Buckhead submarket. The renovation will transform the existing 48,500-square foot structure into an updated, pedestrian-focused center.
Atlanta – The first retailers and restaurants will open their doors in September, and the remaining tenants will open through the holiday season and early 2015.
Atlanta — Kroger has anchored the center since 1988.
