Arroyo Grande, Calif. — PAQ Inc. has acquired a 63,737-square-foot vacant building located in Five Cities Center, a 467,000-square-foot power center located in the California Central Coast community of Arroyo Grande, with the intention of opening a new Food 4 Less location.
Melrose, Park, Ill. — The property was 88 percent leased when it was acquired in 2011 and was 95 percent at time of sale.
Los Angeles — More than 150 stores, in addition to a distribution facility, were included in the transaction.
Cincinnati — The properties include the company’s first centers in New Mexico and Wisconsin.
Burbank, Ill. — The center was acquired for $34 million.
