Silver Spring, Md. — GBT Realty Corp., in partnership with Equity Resource Investments and Avante Financial Group, has acquired Ellsworth Place, a five-story retail and entertainment center in Silver Spring, for $92 million.
Port Charlotte, Fla. — GBT Realty Corp. has unveiled the tenant lineup and renovation plans for Port Charlotte Marketplace, a shopping center redevelopment project in Port Charlotte, 40 miles south of Sarasota.
Asheville, N.C. — GBT Realty Corp. has acquired Overlook Village, a 153,820-square-foot shopping center in Asheville, for $25.5 million.
St. Peters, Mo. — GBT Realty Corp. has completed The Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, a suburb of St. Louis.
San Antonio, Texas — GBT Realty Corp. recently acquired a one-acre site in San Antonio for the development of South Park Commons, a 12,600-square-foot retail center. GBT purchased the property from Target for $925,000 on Feb. 21.
St. Peters, Mo. — GBT Realty Corp. has unveiled plans to develop The Shoppes at Mid Rivers, a $54 million retail center located in the St. Louis suburb of St. Peters.

Jeffersonville, Ind. — GBT Realty Corp. has partnered with The Koetter Group to develop a $35 million regional retail center within Jeffersonville Town Center, a master-planned, mixed-use development in Jeffersonville in far southern Indiana.
Atlanta — GBT Realty Corp. has acquired a 1.7-acre site in East Cobb County, a suburb of Atlanta, for $1.65 million.
