Newcastle, Wash. — RPAI has acquired Coal Creek Marketplace, a 56,000-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood center located in the Seattle suburb of Newcastle.
Tysons Corner, Va. — Finmarc Management Inc. and its partners have sold a 40,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Tysons Corner for $31.1 million.
Oak Brook, Ill. — RPAI has signed three new leases with Ulta Beauty and will expand two shopping centers to accommodate the retailer.
Massillon, Ohio — The store will open fall of 2015.
Redmond, Wash. — The center is located in Redmond on Seattle’s affluent Eastside.
