Waltham and North Andover, Mass. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has secured $35.23 million in combined financing for Main Street Marketplace, a 44,461-square-foot retail center located in Waltham, and Eaglewood Shops, a 77,558-square-foot retail center located in North Andover.
