InvenTrust Acquires 226,000-Square-Foot Grocery-Anchored Center in Metro Austin for $59 Million

Kyle, Texas — InvenTrust Properties Inc. has acquired Kyle Marketplace, a 226,000-square-foot shopping center located in the Austin suburb of Kyle, Texas, for approximately $59 million.

Anchored by H-E-B, the center was leased to tenants such as Starbucks Coffee, Subway and Whataburger at the time of sale. The seller was not disclosed.
