Snellville, Ga. – The center is currently 87 percent occupied, and anchor Michael’s has signed a 10-year renewal.
Birmingham, Ala. – The retail portion of the project is anchored by Macy’s, Belk and Books-A-Million.
Winnipeg, Manitoba and Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario – Outlet Collections in Winnipeg and Niagara will feature more than 200 total retailers.
Beachwood, Ohio – The Brazilian portfolio consisted of 10 regional shopping centers comprised of 4.6 million square feet.
Mesquite, Texas – The shopping center was 80 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including anchors Burlington Coat Factory and Ashley Furniture.
New York – The building features three above-ground floors and one below-grade floor, as well as 225,000 square feet of air rights that provide valuable development potential.
Houston – The Houston-based mattress retailer will add approximately 75 specialty retail stores in markets where it currently operates — primarily Denver, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.
Mesa, Ariz. – Village Square at Dana Park is a 70-acre center owned by Whitestone REIT.
Attleboro, Mass. – Renaissance Station is located in downtown Attleboro, directly across from the Attleboro commuter rail station.
