CBRE Arranges $45.3 Million Sale of Newfield Green Shopping Center in Metro New York City

Stamford, Conn. — CBRE has arranged the $45.3 million sale of Newfield Green, a 71,588-square-foot shopping center located in Stamford, roughly 35 miles outside of New York City.

Urstadt Biddle Properties acquired the property from Hoffman Investment Partners. The grocery-anchored center is more than 60 percent occupied by Grade A Market and CVS/pharmacy. Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
