Dallas — CIM Group has sold Best Buy Plaza, a 177,434-square-foot shopping center located at 9358 N. Central Expressway in North Dallas. Situated roughly seven miles north of the Dallas Central Business District, Best Buy Plaza was constructed in 1995 on nearly 15 acres. The center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Total Wine & More, Cavender’s, Hyper Kidz and Best Buy, which anchors the property.
CIM Group originally acquired Best Buy Plaza in 2016. During its ownership of the property, CIM Group invested in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the center through a capital improvements program.
