Queen Creek, Ariz. — Creation, in partnership with Horizon Real Estate, has signed leases with four new tenants at The Switchyard, a 10-acre mixed-use development located at the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo roads in the Phoenix suburb of Queen Creek. Bamboo Sushi, ROOM and PORCH, Zara Nail Bar and Edward Jones will all occupy space within the same building. Previously confirmed tenants included Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Shake Shack and Postino Wine Café, all of which are expected to open by the end of the year.
Upon completion of the $120 million development, The Switchyard will comprise 54,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and office space, along with a planned multifamily component.
