Huntsville, Ala. — Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate has signed five new retail leases for Phase I of Stadium Commons, an 18-acre mixed-use project under development in Huntsville. Ferren Boutique, Free People, Free People Movement, VSL Nail Spa and Juniper’s Kitchen will join Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, a fast-casual eatery based in Nashville that opened this December. The newest tenant additions are expected to debut on a rolling basis through May 2026.
Upon completion, Stadium Commons will include more than 115,000 square feet of commercial space, 240 loft-style luxury condos and a 145-room Hyatt Place Hotel.
