Brainerd, Minn. — After starting two build-outs at The Watergate Mall in S.D., Lexington Realty has retained Eidco once again to complete an interior fit-out at the Westgate Mall in Brainerd, Minn.
Brainerd, Minn. — Lexington Realty International has retained Eidco Construction to oversee an interior fit-out for a 4,700-square-foot rue21 at the 260,725-square-foot Westgate Mall in Brainerd. The interior fit-out, expected to be complete in June, includes a renovated storefront with new displays and signage, electrical and lighting installation, a new restroom and polished concrete floors. The center is anchored by Herberger’s, Dunhams, Big Lots and a 10-screen movie theater. Edward Bogacki will serve as the project manager.
Eidco also recently started two build-outs at The Watertown Mall in Watertown, S.D., which include renovating a 4,016-square-foot Famous Footwear, as well as a 4,885-sqaure-foot rue21. Project Manager Larry Vivoda oversaw the renovations that began May 7 and will be complete by July 1.
