Westminster, Colo. — Eight new tenants have signed leases to join The Orchard Town Center, a 971,000-square-foot open-air, mixed-use regional shopping center located in Westminster, a northwestern suburb of Denver. Postino WineCafe opened a 4,000-square-foot restaurant at the property this summer, while Swing365 opened a 1,000-square-foot golfing simulator. In late 2025, Miniso will make its arrival with a nearly 6,000-square-foot boutique store near CHICA San Chen and GoGLow, which will open later this year, along with a Men’s Wearhouse. Meanwhile, P.F. Chang’s will open this fall and Texas de Brazil, an upscale Brazilian-American steakhouse, will debut at the property in 2026. The newest mix of tenants will deliver 30,000 square feet of retail and dining space.
Owned by TriGate Capital and managed by Vestar, The Orchard Town Center features more than 130 tenants across 25 buildings and is over 95 percent leased.
