Baltimore — Greysteel has arranged the $28.6 million sale of Catonsville Plaza, a 280,000-square-foot shopping center located in Baltimore.
Shoppers Food Warehouse anchors the 99 percent occupied property, which is also home to tenants including Dollar General, Planet Fitness, Planet Aid, Merchant’s Tire & Auto Centers, Forman Mills, Salontra Suites, DaVita, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway and Metro PCS. Gil Neuman of Greysteel represented the sellers, an affiliate of Hutensky Capital Partners, and procured the buyer, Mosaic Realty Partners, in the transaction.
