WASHINGTON — The development near Catholic University will open in phases starting next year.
Monroe Street MarketWASHINGTON — Retail brokerage company H&R Retail has been selected to lease and market the 80,000 square feet of retail space at Monroe Street Market in Washington. The development is adjacent to Catholic University of America’s campus and will encompass five square blocks when it is complete. The project broke ground in November 2011 and will be delivered in four phases beginning in April 2013. H&R Retail is a retail-only brokerage firm based in Washington.
