Heidenberg Properties Arranges 15,000-Square-Foot Lease With Planet Fitness at Shopping Mall in Vermont

Berlin, Vt. — Heidenberg Properties Group has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease with Planet Fitness at Berlin Mall, a 250,000-square-foot mall in Berlin, Vermont.

The property will open later this month. Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s and JC Penney anchor the center, which is home to tenants including Avenue A, Bath & Body Works, Maurices, GameStop, GNC Live Well, Olympia Sports, Optical Expressions, Shoe Dept., The Cellular Connection and Vermont Bobbin. Further expansion is planned to add a restaurants and other complementary uses to the property.
