Inland Acquires Grocery-Anchored Center in North Myrtle Beach

North Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Inland Real Estate Income Trust Inc. has acquired Coastal North Town Center, a 311,313-square-foot shopping center located in North Myrtle Beach.

Constructed in 2014, Coastal North Town Center is located at Highway 17 and 11th Avenue. Mark Cosenza of Inland facilitated the purchase of the property on behalf of Inland Income Trust. Tenants at the 93.5 percent leased center include Publix, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes and Mattress Firm.
