Mid-America Arranges Sale of Walmart-Anchored Portfolio

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. — The $26 million sale includes three properties that total 174,705 square feet.

Pilgrim VillageOakbrook Terrace, Ill. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has brokered the $26 million sale of a Walmart-anchored portfolio in Wisconsin, which includes three assets totaling 174,705 square feet, to Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate. The properties include Pilgrim Village in Menomonee Falls, a 62,307-square-foot site in Wauwatosa and Timmerman Plaza in Milwaukee.

The 72,365-square-foot Pilgrim Village is anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market. The Wauwatosa property features Walmart Neighborhood Market, Petco and Sprint. The 40,033-square-foot Timmerman Plaza is shadow anchored by Walmart Supercenter and Pick ‘n Save.
