Marion, Ill. — The Illinois Star Centre Mall, a 392,304-square-foot shopping center located in Marion, is being offered for sale at auction.
Tranzon Asset Advisors have been tapped to market the property and conduct the auction. Tenants at the center, built in 1991, include Target, Dillard’s and Sears. The deadline for sealed bids will be Nov. 16.
