Potomac Mills Expanding in Virginia

Woodbridge, Va. — Largest outlet center in Virginia will add three new restaurants and two anchors.

Woodbridge, Va.  — Potomac Mills, the largest outlet center in Virginia with more than 220 stores, will renovate the south side of the property with construction set to begin later this month. When complete in November 2012, the renovations will feature new landscaping, lighting features and updated signage. The shopping center will also add three new, freestanding restaurants including The Cheesecake Factory and Bobby’s Burger Palace, with the third dining option to be announced soon. The restaurants will be located in a new plaza on the south side adjacent to the main entrance. Other developments for the center include the relocation of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, as well as the addition of buybuy BABY and Christmas Tree Shops, which will join Potomac Mills during Fall of 2013.
