RMC Property Group focuses primarily on retail leasing, management, acquisitions, and development/redevelopment, while RMC Ross Realty has a focus on leasing and investment sales of office, retail, industrial and land brokerage. Leasing activity included 279 lease transactions encompassing 905,000 square feet and total a transaction volume of $49.1 million.
