Selig Enterprises Signs Leases with Three New Tenants at The Works in Atlanta

by Abby Cox

Atlanta — Selig Enterprises has signed leases with three new tenants at The Works, an 80-acre mixed-use development located in Atlanta’s Upper Westside neighborhood. Two of the tenants — Summer Breeze Flowers & Gifts and The Food Work Shop, which originated from Chattahoochee Food Works — will open this spring, while The Body Creamery will launch as a brand new concept later this year.

The Body Creamery will feature a front-of-house retail component, while the other half of the store will house a dedicated workshop for classes and private parties. Summer Breeze Flowers & Gifts has expanded from its original 280-square-foot space to a 1,500-square-foot venue. Robert Montwaid, owner of the 31-stall Chattahoochee Food Works, will debut The Food Work Shop, a culinary studio with a demo kitchen for interactive cooking classes, chef-led dinners and private events.

Additional tenants at The Works include Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, Chicheria Mexican Kitchen, Dr. Scofflaw’s, Adelina Social Goods, Patty & Frank’s and Swan Space.
