Indianapolis – Property owner The Broadbent Company has signed leases with five retail tenants in the Indianapolis area. Leases were signed with La-Z-Boy Furniture for 20,040 square feet at Clearwater Crossing; Ooh LaLa Nail Spa for 1,600 square feet at Fashion Mall Commons; R&A Fashions for 1,200 square feet at Lafayette Shoppes; Indiana Premier Pharmacy for 1,625 square feet at Fishers Town Center; and Style Encore for 3,260 square feet at Greenwood Place.
