Burlington, Mass. — Three new tenants have signed leases to join Wayside, a 193,000-square-foot shopping mall located in the Boston suburb of Burlington. Diamonds & Pearls by David’s Bridal is already open at the property. Golf Galaxy will open a 16,000-square-foot venue in mid-October, while contemporary Japanese restaurant Hinoki will open in early 2026.
Wayside is anchored by L.L. Bean and features more than 30 shops, services and restaurants including West Elm, Talbots, Loft, Eileen Fisher, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Starbucks Coffee, Potbelly Sandwich Works and The Treasury. The Wilder Cos. has managed Wayside since 2011.
