San Antonio, Texas — CBRE has signed leases for two new San Antonio locations for Austin-based fast casual restaurant VertsKebap, with a third lease in the works.
This is the chain’s first expansion into San Antonio after expansions into Dallas and Houston and tremendous growth in Austin in 2014. The openings include Park North Shopping Center in May and Alamo Ranch Culebra Market in the fall.
VertsKebap is built around döner kebap, Europe’s favorite street food, and is one of the first to bring authentic döner kebap to the United States. VertsKebap restaurants are designed by Austin architect Michael Hsu and have a design featuring a mix of wood, steel and concrete. VertsKebap is currently searching for a third San Antonio location.
