Chicago – Tucker Development has signed two lease signings for its Chicago-area portfolio with ATI Physical Therapy and uBreakiFix. ATI Physical Therapy signed a 10-year lease at Tucker’s Huntley Grove Shopping Center in Huntley. ATI is a provider of physical therapy with 310 locations in 11 states across the Midwest and the East Coast. Huntley Grove is a new 350,000-square-foot development, which, in addition to a Walmart Supercenter and ATI, includes retail locations of AutoZone and McDonalds. uBreakiFix, an electronics maintenance store specializing in cell phone repairs, will establish its latest 800 square foot location in Tucker’s South Loop Marketplace, adjacent to a Jewel-Osco and Walgreens in downtown Chicago. uBreakiFix signed a five-year lease at Tucker’s South Loop Marketplace on the Roosevelt Road Corridor in Chicago. The 125,000-square-foot shopping center, which has an estimated 350,000 people within a three-mile radius, is also home to Jason’s Deli and FedEx.
