Dallas — Five new stores and restaurants are set to open at Galleria Dallas, a shopping center located in Dallas. Outdoor gear brand Cotopaxi has opened a location at the property, and H&M Home will occupy 7,500 square feet — in addition to the existing H&M store. Women’s clothing retailer Intimissimi has also opened a boutique at the shopping center, and restaurants North Italia and Salut Paris Bakery will open this fall and summer, respectively. Additionally, larger stores are currently under development for tenants Louis Vuitton and Bachendorf’s, and Luciano Pizza and Pasta and Mi Cocina have reopened following remodels. Trademark Property Group manages the property, which is owned by MetLife.
