RCG Acquires Two Shopping Centers in Mississippi and Ohio

Atlanta — Atlanta-based RCG Ventures has acquired two shopping centers in Mississippi and Ohio.

Acquisitions include Kings Crossing, a 114,425-square-foot Ross Dress for Less-anchored community center located in Tupelo, Mississippi; and Southland 75, a 117,410-square-foot shopping center located in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Kevin Reavey and Chris Decouflé of CBRE represented the seller of Kings Crossing, and Scott Tarbet represented RCG in-house in the transaction. Ryan Nelson of Foresite Realty Partners represented the seller of Southland 75 and Jeff Miller represented RCG in-house in the transaction.
