Park City, Utah — Park City-based PREP Property Group Inc. has appointed Numa Jerome as vice president of leasing.
Jerome will be working closely with PREP’s executive team of Sara Brennan, president and chief operating officer; Roy Williams, chief investment officer; and Mark Wilhoite, chief development officer.
“I am excited to join PREP and its team of experienced retail real estate professionals,” said Jerome in an official release. “I’m looking forward to putting my skills and retail experience to work to further expand on the successes that PREP has experienced to date.”
Prior to joining PREP, Jerome served as senior vice president of East Coast leasing at Combined Properties, and has held senior positions at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Edens. Jerome is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit). He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Founded in 2015 by Michael Phillips, co-founder of Phillips Edison & Co., PREP Property Group is a value-add retail investment firm that specializes in transforming shopping centers and enclosed malls, as well as investing in well-located, triple-net-leased assets from non-institutional sellers.
