Westbury, N.Y. — HFF has arranged an $85 million loan for the 428,395-square-foot Roosevelt Raceway Center, a grocery-anchored power center in the Long Island suburb of Westbury. Completed in 1995, the property includes tenants Fairway Market, Home Depot, Michaels and AMC Theatres. Joe’s Crab Shack also recently opened its third restaurant on Long Island at the center. Additionally, PGA Tour Superstore has plans to open its first Long Island store this winter with a 44,000-square-foot location at Roosevelt Raceway Center.
Robert Delitsky with HFF secured the fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture between Mattone Group LLC and Gartenstein Properties. New York Community Bank provided the financing.
