Las Vegas — A mix of 18 tenants have signed leases to join AREA15, a 40-acre entertainment, retail and dining district in Las Vegas. Universal Horror Unleashed and Interstellar Arc are already open at the property, while The Escape Room, Malibu Barbie Café and Great Big Game Show are scheduled to open in the coming weeks. Restaurant concepts Fuku Chicken, Chilango’s Tacos, Alien Pizza Party, Museum of Ice Cream, Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, Cosmic Pretzel, The Bowl, Good Company Burgers and Nacho Daddy will open in 2026, along with apparel store Dolls Kill and iFLY Indoor Skydiving. Newly committed tenants also include global lifestyle retailer Miniso and House Rules.
AREA15’s current tenant roster includes Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, Illuminarium, Dueling Axes, Five Iron Golf and the John Wick Experience.
