Benderson Development Acquires Four Grocery-Leased Properties for $89 Million

Sarasota, Fla. — Sarasota-based Benderson Development has acquired a four-property, net-leased portfolio for $89 million.

Located throughout California, Seattle and Alaska, the properties total 220,000 square feet and operate under the Safeway, Pavilions and Carrs supermarket flags. The portfolio includes a Pavilions in Laguna Beach, California; a Safeway in Berkeley, California; a Safeway in Seattle; and a Carrs-Safeway in Anchorage, Alaska. The name of the seller was not disclosed.
