Miami Beach, Fla. — Miller Construction Co. is underway on Lincoln Eatery, a 9,600-square-foot food hall located on the ground floor of a Marshalls-anchored building in Miami Beach.
Williamsburg, Va. — Broad Street Realty has broken ground on Midtown Row, a mixed-use redevelopment in Williamsburg.
Atlanta — Dine-in theater concept iPic Theaters will open its first Georgia location at Midtown Atlanta’s Colony Square, a mixed-use destination under redevelopment by North American Properties.
Los Angeles — Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) and Macerich (NYSE: MAC) have formed a joint venture to redevelop Westside Pavilion, a 600,000-square-foot shopping mall located in west Los Angeles, into creative office space. The project is expected to cost between $425 and $475 million.
Indio, Calif. — Haagen Co. has acquired the Indio Fashion Mall, a 215,000-square-foot shopping mall in Indio, for an undisclosed price.
